Burn Permit Campfire PermitThis campfire permit allows you to build, maintain, and utilize open burning within strict guidelines on your property as described within the document. In order to receive and hold this permit, you must be the property owner and/or the occupant of record for this site, requiring you to comply fully with the tenets outlined herein. The misuse of this permit, failure to comply with the regulations outlined in this permit, or the use of this permit on any other site than that it was originally issued for will be grounds for revocation of the permit for a period of not less than one year, and may result in criminal prosecution and subsequent fines. Ignorance of these regulations will not be considered adequate grounds for appeal to the Pinewood Fire Department or its Board of Directors.
